All meeting must be conducted over the telephone or by use of ZOOM video
calling. These are easy to setup and use. A Zoom account is not
required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If
someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a
participant without creating an accoun

will be emailed to you. At the time of your appointment, click on the
JOIN button within that message, and you will be placed into our waiting
room online. Basic user Zoom accounts are FREE should you choose
to setup.Do I have to have a webcam?
you are not required to have a webcam to join a Zoom Meeting or Webinar,
you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to
be able to listen and speak during the meeting, share your screen, and

Before joining a Zoom meeting on
a computer or mobile device, you can
download the Zoom app
from Zoom's Download Center
. Otherwise, you will be
prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a "JOIN" link.
You can also join a test meeting
yourself with Zoom.
In preparation of your meeting, you may
send any sensitive information to use via our secure document portal,

The next safest way to get your sensitive
documents to us is by US mail, to our Post office box, mail from which
is retrieved daily. Please do not mail documents to our business office
location since the mailbox is not secured. However, Fedex or UPS will
come into our office to obtain a signature for delivery, which is
certainly safe. Faxing is another option. Please do not attach or send
sensitve material or text via email unless you are using an encryption
